I had'nt read this thread before, its so me! I was convinced where I had Ben on my mind all day, even when I'm painting a picture of someone else Ben features come creeeping in and I often have to start again, so I just put it down to being at that funny age! Now I realise its because I'm BENaddicted, and my hubbys sarcastic remarks can fly way over my head and its him who needs to get a life!

I is me, I ain't gonna change, I'm quite happy to have Ben under my skin

You know you are addicted to Ben when your computor dies and you feel so depressed and tears keep springing to your eyes and a fear grips you
that you have spent almost a whole week without contact with all to do about Ben

My husband and son are seriously worried I am going through a mid-life crisis (cheek! I'm not middle aged yet!) because I am always either listening to my Ben Mills cd, replaying footage of him from gigs I have been to and swearing "He DEFINITELY smiled at me in that one", singing his songs at the top of my voice or talking to anyone who will listen about how great he is. (But I too, tend to hide the Ben evidence when hubby around - incase he tries to have me sectioned for obsessive behaviour...!)

Don't worry Lorraine. I've found from experience that if you play the album enough, husbands and sons soon come round to your way of thinking....

youre so right there Saara, just read my post above dated 2007, and remembering how much my husband enjoyed Ben's performance at The East Quay Brewery bar last August, he'd always said you'd never get me to a Ben gig.....hee,hee its gets them all in the long run...

It was the same with Keith. He was so dead against all things 'Ben', then somehow I managed to get him to a gig (Lingfield in August 2008) and shortly after that he met Ben and ........ boooooooom!!! All change!!

Your husband and son seriously think you are in danger of being arrested for stalking because every time there is a gig nearby, you are there! They keep commenting on how the PC history shows daily sneaks at BMO and remind you that you are a married woman, nearly old enough to be Ben's mum!

Typed this before reading new posts above - thanks, Saara - the silly thing in, my hubby IS a Ben fan - just not QUITE as mad a fan as me. Funny to read what others of you say about your hubbies' views of your Ben Obsession. Did think I was the only one who felt like that before I joined BMO. Wish I'd found you guys years ago - just used to get my Ben Fixes by watching You Tube clips before then.

You know you are addicted to Ben...when you keep calling your brother-in-law who is 70 years old...Ben , when his name is actually Bill...

well I've only known my brother in law 30 years...he was always Bill to me until 2006!

You're on the coach into London and spot a Bengal food shop and get upset that the coach moves before you can take a picture and then from then on going around London looking for things BEN
